December 2020- Kimberlite Corporation (Fresno, CA), a leading provider of security services in central California, has acquired Security First Alarm King.

December 2020- Alarm Detection Systems, Inc (Aurora, IL), one of the largest family-owned security companies in the US, has obtained a revolving line of credit from Eastern Bank.

August 2020- Dynamark Monitoring, a nationwide provider of security, dealer, and monitoring services; refinanced its Credit Facility with Rockland Trust. SPP Advisors, LLC, represented Dynamark Monitoring.
March 2020- Alarm New England has obtained Senior Credit Facility with Eastern Bank.
